Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) batter Abhinav Manohar has played a magnificent innings with the bat in the game against Mumbai Indians (MI) in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025. The match between the teams is taking place at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad.
Abhinav Manohar, who was forced to come as an impact player in the ongoing game, came up with a magical hand and brought his team back into the game. He walked out to bat when the team was struggling at 35 for five and, along with Heinrich Klaasen, put pressure back on the opposition.
Abhinav Manohar started slowly in his innings as he wasn’t getting his timing right. The right-hander then, all of a sudden, found his mojo as he played a blinder to take his team to the fighting total on the board against Mumbai Indians in their home ground.

Abhinav Manohar, after he found his touch, attacked the Mumbai Indians bowlers. He, in particular, slammed Jasprit Bumrah all over the park and put pressure on the opposition. However, the pacer was very close to getting his revenge, but that chance was bottled down by Suryakumar Yadav.
Jasprit Bumrah bowled a low full-toss angling in on middle, to which Abhinav Manohar looked to smash it downtown. The Sunrisers Hyderabad batter didn’t get the proper connection as he got it off the bottom half of the bat towards long-on, where Suryakumar Yadav was stationed.
Suryakumar Yadav ran in and got both his hands to it, but the ball popped out. The Mumbai Indians batter was extremely disappointed, but it was a moment of joy for Sunrisers Hyderabad owner Kavya Maran, who was in the stands.
The moment the ball went in the air, Kavya Maran was disappointed. But as soon as the catch was dropped, she was absolutely elated as she was seen jumping in joy.
